Included is:
Free delivery and installation (for Sydney and Central coast area), we'll help you choose the best spot to put your new hive! 
Free demonstrations and advice on how to split a hive + possibly a small taste of native bee honey (if hive condition allows).
For every year we split/service we will fix or replace the hive if there are any issues.

You may choose to buy us out of this agreement for $150 after the first split. 

*Conditions to the guaranteed: 
The hive has not been moved from it's original agreed location. Moving a hive more than a meter can cause significant loss of bees (they get lost). Please consult us if you need to move the hive. 
No pesticide has been used on or near the hive
No sprinklers that wet the hive consistently (hives are fine with water, but constant wetting will cool the hive down and eventually cause it to die).
The hive isn't split or opened excessively by someone other than us.
The 'life time' garuantee is renewed for a year every time we visit to split and service the hive. We may after a split or service inform you that we no longer wish to split, from that point on you would have a 1 year garuantee. The buy out fee would be waved.
