Refund Policy
Consumer garuantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, all products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited. This means you’re entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, unsafe, significantly different from their description, or don’t do what they’re supposed to do.
Live bee hive and honey products

Live bee hives and perishable items (e.g., honey) are non-refundable if you change your mind.

Refunds are only available for major failures (e.g., colony arrives dead or diseased) and must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery, with photo evidence.

Otherwise, no refunds will be issued.
Non-live items

Items like hive boxes, tools, and kits are eligible for refund or exchange if unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (except for defective products).
How to request a refund
To request a refund:

Contact us via email or phone with your order details.

Provide photos or evidence if the product is faulty or damaged.

Return non-live items in original packaging if applicable.
Refund processing

Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method, typically within 7 days of approval.

For major faults, live bee death, or delivery failures, we will fully reimburse reasonable return/postage costs.
Change-of-mind & partial refunds

A change-of-mind refund is not automatically available for live bees or perishable goods.
No "no refund" terms
We don’t use blanket “no refund” policies. Under ACL, misleading or deceptive terms about refunds are illegal
