*Conditions to the guaranteed: 
The hive has not been moved from it's original agreed location. Moving a hive more than a meter can cause significant loss of bees (they get lost). Please consult us if you need to move the hive! 
No pesticide has been used on or near the hive.
No sprinklers that wet the hive consistently (hives are fine with water, but constant wetting will cool the hive down and eventually cause it to die).
The hive isn't split or opened excessively by someone other than us.
